Automatic chip and sludge processing system

The Lanner processing concept:
System shown above is an example of a common solution for extracting cutting fluids from metal chips and grinding sludge for maximum oil recovery

• Chips are introduced automatically with a chip cart dumper by means of chip carts
• The dumper feeds the chip crusher (shredder) for volume reduction
• Crushed chips are transported by conveyor into the centrifuge (chip wringer)
• Dry chips are discharged into containers or conveyors for further transport
• Reclaimed oil (coolant) is discharged into an integrated tank with pumps located on the conveyor
• Automatic control of the entire system from a central control cabinet
